Shipping & Delivery Policy

Trendi Levendi Apparel is an Australian-owned clothing brand. Our apparel and accessories are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Production time

Most orders take approximately 2–5 business days to produce before dispatch. Production times are estimates and can vary with product type, order volume and availability. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination, product and shipping service. Your estimated delivery time includes both production and transit.

Any estimated timeframe displayed at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need an item for a particular occasion, please order well in advance.

Shipping destinations and charges

We offer shipping to destinations made available at checkout, including Australia and eligible international locations.

Availability and shipping charges depend on the products in your cart and the delivery address. The applicable shipping options and total shipping charge are displayed before you complete payment.

All checkout charges are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise indicated.

Multiple shipments

Items may be produced at different facilities or packaged separately, particularly hats and other accessories. As a result, one order may arrive in more than one parcel and on different dates. Separate tracking details may be provided for each parcel.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send shipping confirmation and tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

International orders

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges may be payable by the recipient. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Shipping address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

Address changes may not be possible once an order is in production or transit, and additional reshipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

For Printful investigations, prompt reporting is helpful, preferably within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for missing parcels. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to goods not supplied within a reasonable time or goods that do not meet consumer guarantees.
